Join us as part of a developing initiative for measuring fairness in large-scale language technologies. You’ll be a member of an interdisciplinary product team working in close collaboration with research. As a contributor to this initiative, you’ll conduct “deep dives” in partnership with feature teams. You’ll develop methods, practices, resources, and tools for identifying, measuring, or mitigating fairness-related harms caused by large-scale language technologies. You’ll use expertise in linguistics and the social sciences to identify patterns across different fairness-related harms and capture those patterns in methods, practices, resources, and tools that can be applied across different language technologies, use cases, and deployment contexts thereby maximizing the initiative’s impact.

Generative capture as much as possible in the wild harm that then produce metrics for risk of harm in models.Experience with AI ethics.Fairness space generating fairness measurements, use a process that is comprised of lexicons and features specific template.Nice to have: Python, Office Suite knowledge.Skills Required:
2-3 years experience.Linguistics background, experience working in Tech industry or some experience with fairness, ethics, responsible AI, and auditing different data sets.Degree in analytical (preferred) or computational; nice to have: computer science, comparative literature or English, anything that is interdisciplinary, experience in social science.Top Skills:
Natural language processing.Analytical linguistics.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $62 an hour.
