You will drive successful solution delivery across an assigned portfolio of clients.You will have overall responsibility for implementation and delivery of best-of-breed technology enabled marketing solutions. You will be the customer's primary contact and will ensure communication amongst the entire project team and partners. You will understand the customer's business and marketing requirements and lead the implementation team, develop the project scope, manage project plans and schedules, handle resource scheduling and tracking, maintain status documents and ensure that the quality of deliverables are met on time and within established budget.We have a focus on client satisfaction and engagement, solution quality, resource performance, financial management and partner management. You will be the primary point of escalation internally and externally and will guide the appropriate communications among partners. This is a remote position, reporting to SVP, Delivery Leader for Data and Analytics Platforms.Responsibilities:You will help progress our Implementation methodology and project management practicesYou will create all standard project management assets including the Statement of Work, project plan, regular status, risk plan, change management and project financials.You will manage all aspects of implementation from creation to deployment.You will create the Statement of Work and project plan including all negotiations leading to the final SOW document and baseline plan.You will evaluate and summarize weekly project(s) reports for management, identifying successful completions of milestones and deliverables and any issues and any follow-up action required.Interface cross-functionally across the client, third-party vendors, and diverse teams within our organization (Developers, Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, C-level executives) to support the project delivery process.You will ensure that the project is managed following the approved methodologies and using existing assets and best practicesYou will be a trusted advisor to the client daily, and especially when issues ariseOversee project financial management to ensure accuracy and compliance with our accounting principles

Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, PMP Certification a plus10+ years in a project management leadership role, working directly with partners (clients, internal executives, 3rd party partners, etc…)10+ years of experience managing data-centric development, marketing technology solutioning, and application development projects using both Agile and waterfall methodologies.Client management skills; manage through challenging situations resulting in positive outcomes for Clients and MerkleSimplify and structure complex concepts to refine interactions and achieve resultsExperience in a hands-on functional role involving any of the following: development, business analysis, data-related quality assuranceManage, delegate and use resources – consisting of geographically dispersed and matrixed teamsWell-versed in delivering cloud-enabled technologies including providers like Snowflake, Google, AWSWillingness to travel - up to 25%

The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000 - $226,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
