Purpose of the role:

SuperAwesome is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to oversee the effective communication of our products to customers and other industry stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of our Product Marketing and will work in close collaboration with our Executive Leadership, Product, Insights, Market Strategy, and Commercial teams. You’ll be successful if you can confidently articulate our product offering and points of competitive differentiation to the world’s largest youth-focused brands and ecosystem partners.

Because our key customers are brands, agencies, creators, and publishers, this opportunity is ideal for someone who has worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments in enterprise technology, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, immersive gaming, or similar organizations.

What you'll do:

Bring new products and features to market in a way that maximizes sales and highlights SuperAwesome’s market leadershipUnderstand the needs of customers to develop and consistently improve our product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to appeal to our strategic clientsGain and maintain an in-depth understanding of our customer's problems, needs, and desires to help drive product innovation and develop a deep understanding of our competitive landscapePlan and lead the launch of key product marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, ensuring that internal stakeholders take action on important tasks and deliverablesOwn and improve all product-related content, including on our website, emails, blog posts, and product demos, and ensure that all product collateral reflects a single voice, as it evolves over timeSimultaneously be the go-to partner for Product Management and Sales for strategizing, planning, and executing on sales enablement and go-to-market rolloutsAct as a connective tissue across our Sales, Product, and Marketing, and participate in regular Marketing and cross-functional team meetings to gather feedback on the effectiveness of your Product Marketing outputsManage and coordinate relationships with key industry bodies, ensuring that SuperAwesome continues to be at the forefront of shaping the Kidtech spaceUpdate and maintain the Product Marketing calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of all marketing materialsUse your superb presentation and writing skills to inspire, coordinate, train, and manage stakeholders throughout the businessWork with our digital privacy experts, ensuring our positioning and content are aligned with our policies and our leadership in the spaceExecute across multiple markets, including the US, UK, Germany, and France

Who you are:

You have 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or in a relevant enterprise fieldYou have a clear understanding of Product Marketing frameworks and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levelsYou have experience working in the advertising industry. Experience in gaming or with youth audiences is a plusYou have experience working across multiple locations and time zonesYou move fast, are focused on delivering results, and have a track record of leading sales enablement and product marketing for companies that dominate a categoryYou have a track record of building strong relationships simultaneously with Sales and Product Development teamsYou are curious, customer-centric, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovativeYou are resilient and encourage the team around you to be the same when programs don’t go to planYou have the ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentYou are self-motivated with a bias toward action; you won’t be afraid to step in when neededYou have the highest degree of professional ethics and integrity
