We are well known for being the company that started the first coupon website in 1995 which sold to a public company in 2000, at the peak of the dot-com era, when we were delivering 20 million page views per month. We then built Direct Response Technologies; grew it to 70 employees; and sold it to Digital River in 2006. We spun off Jambo Media with our tech team and sold it to Undertone in 2012.

We built and focused on GiftCards.com from 2006 to 2016 and sold it to Blackhawk Network. We had over 100 employees.

The Role

Wolfe is seeking an innovative VP of Marketing to join our rapidly growing company and to lead the marketing team. You will be reporting to the CEO and working in our Pittsburgh office. As the VP of Marketing, you will manage and direct brand and marketing strategies. You will oversee the Digital Marketing Director, Product Marketing Director and the Design Director. However, you will need a deep understanding, knowledge, and skill to manage and grow our eCommerce marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:• Manage and Direct the Digital Marketing Director, Product Marketing Director, and the Design Director.• Analyzing existing branding and marketing strategies and improving upon them.• Monitor all marketing campaigns and make improvements as needed.• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics.• Conduct Market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.• Monitoring industry trends and scheduling meetings to share new information with the team.• Setting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved.• Closely monitoring competitors’ successes and failures activities.• Participate in quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives• Attend trade shows, and events that are managed by the Marketing department.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in marketing, branding, business, PR, or a similar field.• 5+ years of experience as a VP of Marketing, Director, or other senior role• Deep eCommerce experience. Google Analytics, SEMRush, aHrefs, FB advertising, and other tools need to have worked with• Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, SEM, digital marketing tools, web analytics, and related software.• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-tech environment• Ability to work with and navigate cross-functional teams• Strong leadership skills• Highly organized• Excellent communication skills• Strong analytical and project management skills• Strategic mindset to make difficult and quick decisions
