Job Description Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager will help support Pure Protein's growth by building and executing a comprehensive consumer marketing strategy across all paid, owned, and earned channels.

We are looking for someone who deeply cares about the consumer and is well-versed across the marketing activation landscape to lead the way in communicating our brand story and product portfolio to consumers. This candidate should bring experience and interest in key marketing disciplines - creative & content, digital/social media, influencer, experiential and retail media. ResponsibilitiesPaid Media

Set the vision and roadmap for our paid media strategy, including (but not limited to) social, digital (search, display), connected TV, shopper media and retail media platform buys (primarily Amazon and Walmart).

Partner with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to strategize, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across these channels.Work with the 1440 Foods Sales team and media platform representatives (e.g., Amazon, Google, Meta specialists) to optimize campaigns according to company-wide goals and new ad features.Owned Media

Lead the charge in building brands' social and online community presence by setting and implementing our content strategy.

Shape and coordinate organic & influencer content with external agencies and freelancers, providing close oversight to the execution of our organic social strategy.Work with internal and external stakeholders to grow the brand's pool of first-party data.Earned Media

Create an earned media strategy for brands to raise brand awareness, generate buzz for product launches, and increase share of voice; also leverage social sentiment for general consumer learnings.

Establish relationship with PR agency and support where needed to provide brand POV on prospective earned media placements.Influencer & Ambassador Partnerships & Experiential

Build compelling influencer cohorts that align with brand DNA and resonate with target audiences.

Identify and tap emerging creators to act as longer-term brand ambassadors.Build and share influencer briefs to achieve brand goals and fuel paid media campaigns.Manage relationships with influencer agencies and brand ambassadors to sustain successful partnerships and generate best-in-class content!Additional responsibilities include:

Co-manage brand budget and monthly reconciliation process.

Champion monthly campaign performance in forums with internal stakeholders and management.Partner closely with customer teams on retailer-specific marketing initiatives.Co-manage the brand's marketing calendar with key product launches, key momentum periods and retail shelf resets.Work with the e-commerce team to expand the brand's direct-to-consumer program.Work with the Brand Manager to plan and execute marketing plans to support new innovation items.Moderate travel required for industry conferences, production shoots, sponsorship events, etc.Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA optional5+ years of experience in brand and/or performance marketing with proven success in successfully executing multi-discipline brand campaignsExperience managing agency and freelancer relationships/partnerships across social, digital, shopper/retailer media and/or experientialStrong understanding of the marketing ecosystem with an "ear to the ground" on emerging trends and vehiclesConsumer-first mindset in developing brand communication strategiesAbility to get things done in a scrappy environment, with powerful sense of ownership and accountability
