Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Support multiple agile teams, working closely with UX, UI, PM, PO to complete Rally featuresHelp interview and onboard new teammatesTake lead on team meetings, like critiques, showcases, and other interactive group sessionsLead content designers-provide guidance, feedback, and peer reviewsIdentify opportunities continuously improve user journeys, product adoption, performance, and overall client satisfactionAttend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings (agile team meetings, product/design syncs, content team meetings, etc.). Ask questions, share feedback, and advocate for CD principlesApply relevant accessibility standards and best practices when creating contentBecome a Verbal ID and assigned feature/ work stream expert-understand, own, and executing on voice and tone, legal, risk, and compliance requirements, task functionality, and business requirementsOwn and drive initiatives from inception to completion to improve the content delivery process and organizationServe as a SME by identifying and applying content design concepts and data/research to drive decision-makingBe proactive and support EXD in the development of flow charts, journey maps, competitive research, user studies, or other innovation as needed.Take lead on high-profile projects for features and work streamsIntroduce, advocate for, and document content design processes that support team growth and synergyEnsure content delivery is aligned across digital platformsComplete all teammate learning center assignments at least 7 days prior to due dates.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:'Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training5+ years of online/digital content development and strategy experienceExcellent writing skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for digital interfaces and applications.5+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy-focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms. Financial experience is a plus.A portfolio demonstrating your experience with user-centered content design for desktop and mobile applicationsA firm understanding of inclusive, accessible designAbility to conceptualize content frameworks and execute content decisions (often based on user research/testing)A passion for user-centered design and providing solutions that meet clients' needsAbility to create compelling content and provide constructive feedback to improve content across team(s)Eager to understand why things work the way they do and how to connect the dotsProven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems independently with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and juggle many tasks in a fast-paced environmentOur client is a leading
