The VP of International Performance Marketing develops and executes the strategies that lead to the generation of new leads and consumers through online and offline marketing campaigns. This role leads acquisition marketing, strategy management, execution, as well as optimization across channels. Reporting directly to the President of International, this individual is tactical and strategic in the support of sales and marketing analytics in order to drive performance improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop digital and direct marketing strategyExecute on digital/direct marketing campaigns and demonstrate measurable resultsDevelop and execute on a comprehensive SEO and SEM strategy and demonstrate measurable resultsProvide digital marketing thought leadership both internally and externally to marketingDefine clear KPIs along the marketing funnel in conjunction with the analytics orgSupport the creation of audience-first campaign strategies that enable us to drive campaigns across the member journeyManage key agency, platform and media partnersDevelop a testing agenda and campaign measurement strategy in partnership with analyticsCommunicate program goals, strategies, wins and losses to the executive teamFind opportunities for efficiency and automation and work cross-functionally on implementationPartner with regional stakeholders to drive a cohesive strategy across national and regional campaignsMaintain a close partnership with operations to drive sales and managed communication enablementMaintain a close partnership with data and analytics org to drive visibility and measure impactOwn paid media and optimize campaigns to drive measurable resultsOwn the social media and influencer strategy and drive measurable resultsOther relevant duties as assigned by leadershipREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent relevant experience10+ years' experience in marketing, preferably at multi-unit or Fortune 500 brand5+ years' experience in marketing leadership and digital media planning and buyingAbility to collaborate science and art - understands great content, creative and supports the development of itExpertise with mapping customer journeysMust be an effective communicatorExperience with google/YouTube/Facebook etcExperience with SEM/SEOCOMPETENCIES

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent judgment in evaluating growth opportunities and optimizationsHigh proficiency in communication skills, including being a persuasive presenterExcellent organizational skillsCustomer service orientedAbility to be a self-starter but also support the team (servant leader)Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload under pressureExcellent teamworkAbility to build and maintain relationships, both at HQ and throughout the OTF networkSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
