Position Overview:We're seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Lead to join our team and spearhead our marketing efforts. As our sole dedicated marketing hire, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Hapn's brand, driving product adoption, and supporting our rapid growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and potentially grow into a leadership role as we expand.Key Responsibilities:Product Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategiesCreate compelling positioning and messaging for our solutionsPlan and manage product launches and feature releasesContent Creation and ManagementProduce high-quality sales and marketing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, videos)Manage and update the company websiteCreate partnership marketing materialsDevelop industry-focused content for the blog and social media channelsCampaign Management:Design and execute nurture campaigns for leadsCreate and manage customer marketing campaignsCollaborate with agencies on demand-generation initiativesSales Enablement:Support the sales team with effective marketing materialsAssist with trade show preparations and executionMarket Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to inform product positioning and messagingAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insightsPartnership Enablement:Develop marketing strategies and materials to support partner acquisition and engagementCreate co-marketing campaigns and content with key partnersCollaborate with the partnerships team to enable partners with product knowledge and marketing resourcesMeasure and optimize the effectiveness of partner marketing initiativesCross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with product, partnerships, sales, and customer success teamsManage relationships with external agencies and freelancersRequirements5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaSProven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management abilitiesExperience with marketing tools and CMS platformsBasic design skills (e.g., proficiency with Canva or similar software)Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices
