The Opportunity:

Keystone's Marketing team has a deep understanding of our products, customers, markets, channel partners and vision so that marketing can specifically cater to the unique needs of a variety of constituents.

The Marketing team members develop initiatives that execute our marketing strategy in an effort to strengthen brand, build awareness, and sell products. They work hand and hand with our design staff to translate those initiatives into deliverables that wow the industry! The Senior Designer is responsible for the timely delivery of marketing and brand projects. This position works with limited direction on the creation of works while following Keystone branding guidelines.

Your Impact:

Bachelor's Degree in Design or related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of experienceProject Execution: Proven ability to understand project scope and goals, visualize, and execute complex, high-impact design ideas with precision and creativity.Strategic Skills: Exceptional creative strategy, organizational acumen, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and superior time-management skills.Design Expertise: Advanced knowledge of design theory, typography, color theory, and intricate file production prep, ensuring accuracy and flawless execution.Attention to Detail: Unwavering attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in all design work.Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, extensive experience with leading print and digital marketing software and formats, and strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.Multitasking Ability: Expert at managing diverse projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.Portfolio: Outstanding portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-caliber creative executions across various media and platforms.
