The Customer Acquisition team is responsible for growth strategy, campaign development, demand generation, customer marketing, account-based marketing, paid media and search, and events.This collaborative team is responsible for partnering across Dun & Bradstreet to understand the needs of the business, customer, and market, to execute omnichannel demand generation and customer engagement programs that deliver sustainable growth and measurable results.The Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Media is a creative thinker, well versed in digital, content and user experience platforms and understands how to reach specific audiences using different digital tactics.The Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Media is critical in understanding how audiences interact with digital media and is always looking to evaluate new ways to reach those audiences.The Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Media collaboratively works with the broader Marketing team as well as other cross-functional teams across the business. In short, they are an interactive media expert, helping to build the Dun & Bradstreet brand and engage prospects and customers throughout the customer lifecycle.Essential Key ResponsibilitiesSupport strategy development and execution for Enterprise paid media campaigns, managing programs across various platforms such as display advertising, search engine marketing, paid social.Collaborate with demand generation team to strategize and execute paid media and paid search programs.Test and experiment with new digital channels and tactics to find opportunities for growth and innovation.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, support paid marketing performance reporting efforts.Support invoicing, data pulls and processing, creative projects, and packaging of materials for agencies.Additional duties as assigned.Skills and/or Certifications8-12 years of experience in communication, marketing, or related field.Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Experience running full funnel media and working with agencies.Demonstrated fluency in digital programs, operations, and technology.Hands-on proficiency with paid search and Google Tag Manager.Demonstrated proficiency with Asana Project Management tools.Ability to evaluate a request or situation and prioritize based on effort vs impact.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across teams and to stakeholders.Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and LiveRamp is a plus.Experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting multiple areas of the business.An understanding of Agile concepts is required, experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in anticipation of business needs.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree - RequiredMaster's Degree - PreferredBenefits We OfferGenerous paid time off in your first year, increasing with tenure.Up to 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave after one year of employment.Paid sick time to care for yourself or family members.Education assistance and extensive training resources.Do Good Program: Paid volunteer days & donation matching.Competitive 401k & Employee Stock Purchase Plan with company matching.Health & wellness benefits, including discounted Wellhub membership rates.Medical, dental & vision insurance for you, spouse/partner & dependents.Learn more about our benefits: http://bit.ly/41Yyc3d .All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at .html and .
