The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives to support our business goals. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role involves identifying marketing opportunities, developing them into projects, and managing these projects from inception to completion. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with both internal and external teams, utilizing BIORAY's proven marketing process to ensure projects are executed on time and with precision.For the right individual, this role offers strong growth potential within the organization. This is a full-time (M-F), hourly position that resides in BIORAY'S corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA (not a remote or hybrid role). And why you want to work for BIORAY®JOB RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy Development and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive new marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business growth.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.Write detailed marketing plans and proposals to obtain necessary approvals and enter the plan into project management system and track progress.Monitor industry trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Campaign Management:Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and email with a preference for experience using MailChimp.Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget and measure their effectiveness.Brand Management:Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all content is aligned with the company's identity.Content Creation and Management:Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other marketing materials.Collaborate with internal and external content creators to produce engaging and relevant content.Budget ManagementDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.Customer Insights and Analytics:Utilize data and analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences.Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Report on key performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role.In-depth understanding of the marketing process and project management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of email marketing programs, with a preference for experience using MailChimp.Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive high ROI through effective marketing strategies.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSBase hourly rate is between $85,000 and $95,000 (position based in Irvine, CA)Bonus eligible, based on company performance as well as personal achievements, attitude and excellence.401(k) plan with employer matchingMedical, dental and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursement
