SR ART DIRECTOR

For this role, we're looking for someone that is all about making great creative, no matter how big or small the assignment. As our Senior Art Director, you must be an art and design maven and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You're not just an art director or designer in this role - you're a creative with a strategic and conceptual mind. You can think big but still have an eye for design details and deadlines. You'll work closely with a team of passionate advocates, scientists, ideators and storytellers to develop campaigns and content that truly make a difference. And as a part of a dynamic team, you must have a passion for agency life, be a great team player, and have the ability to juggle and prioritize. Oh and of course, you absolutely must have a hunger for doing the next great thing.

You'll report to the Creative Director and work closely with a small creative team to bring ideas and client work to life. You'll work across multiple clients as well as new business and pro bono efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Work in partnership with the creative and strategy teams to ideate, develop and execute integrated health campaigns across platforms, including social, digital, video, experiential, and brand identity.Pick up smaller design-centric projects from time to time - we're a small team and all help each other out, this role is no different.Work will also include developing and/or adhering to - and thriving within - different brand guidelines.Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, working seamlessly with multiple teams, as well as managing and providing direction to junior team members.Work in concert with a wide range of specialists including media, scientific communications, studio, project management and more.Join and participate in team meetings, brainstorms, planning sessions and more to drive client business.Be client facing, including preparing and presenting creative presentations, follow and integrate feedback, and deliver against team deadlines.Be a nice human who is collaborative, hard-working and dedicated to helping make the world better for people impacted by disease.Requirements

5 - 7 years of art direction experience in an agency setting (PR, advertising, or social media creative agency)Creativity is a must - we aren't just looking for an art director. We are looking for an idea generator. One that has a curious mind, loves to solve problems with ideas that work. And who of course can make them come to life with beautiful breakthrough visuals.Some client-facing experience is a must, should be comfortable presenting and articulating work and providing counsel to clients as neededMust love social! Must have art and design experience across different platforms and understanding of what makes truly stand out work that travelsExperience in the pharmaceutical space - and a keen interest in the healthcare space as a wholeMust be able to work quickly and efficiently (at the speed of social)Experience across different media and platforms, including video, print and digital design (including branding, layout, mockups, signage, infographics, presentations, and other collateral).Able to adopt an "always learning" mentality and spirit, and stay on top of (and incorporate) new trends and techniques applicable to the creative function.Ability to partner with and inspire a small team of designers to ensure the best possible visual outputs are createdExpert in the Adobe Suite of programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Powerpoint and Google Slides.Working knowledge of Figma and AfterEffects is a bonusA few things to know as you're applying:
