For this role, we're looking for someone that is all about design. As our Designer, you must be an art and design maven and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have an understanding of various types of design styles from graphic design to illustration to typography and understand how to work with brand guidelines to make design that stands out. You have an eye for details and deadlines. As a member of the Creative Team, you'll work closely with a team of passionate advocates, scientists, ideators and storytellers to develop campaigns and content that truly make a difference. And as a part of a dynamic team, you must have a passion for agency life, be a great team player, and have the ability to juggle and prioritize. Oh and of course, you absolutely must have a hunger for doing the next great thing.

You'll report to the Creative Director and work closely with a small creative team to bring ideas and client work to life. You'll work across multiple clients as well as new business and pro bono efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Understand and apply design principles and fundamentals to create a variety of design assetsDevelop and/or adhere to - and thrive within - different type of brand guidelinesBe able to apply visual styles across different applications and platformsExperiment and explore with different design treatments and mediumsBrainstorm and collaborate on conceptual solutionsManage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlinesArticulate design choices to fellow team members, including other specialists and account teamsStay current on graphic design trends and guidelinesBe a nice human who is collaborative, hard-working and dedicated to helping make the world better for people impacted by disease.Requirements

2-4 years of experienceA portfolio showcasing different areas of graphic designCreativity is a must - we aren't just looking for a designer. We are looking for someone with a curious mind who loves to solve problems with designs that work.Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator + InDesign)Illustration + photo editing skills are a huge plus!Familiarity of Figma + AfterEffects is also a huge plus!Familiarity with Google Workspace Apps Suite and Microsoft PowerpointUnderstanding of the creative process: from kick-off to completionFamiliarity with design organizing best practices, such as file naming, file housekeeping, and folder structuresCuriosity for art trends, social media trends and best practices, and all things graphic designMust love social! And have an understanding of different platformsA keen interest in the healthcare space as a wholeA few things to know as you're applying:
