Description
Manages all facets of direct mail program; develops, produces, analyzes the effectiveness of database-driven programs to increase guest retention and loyalty, particularly with higher-worth guests. Develops revenue and profitability analysis formats and produces program analyses that contribute to consistently improving direct marketing program efficiency and effectiveness. Plans and manages the annual direct budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Plans and administers company direct mail programs and property collateralOversees bus program and monitors profitability of the existing line program and identifies opportunity for profitable growthWorks with the advertising and public relations agency relationships for quality and productivityResponsible for creating and consistently executing property-wide communications systemsDevelops and gains approval of annual marketing services plan and corresponding budgetsActs as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Prairie Band Casino and encourages others to do the sameKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
Four year college degree in marketing or related field, or, equivalent experience in related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong campaign management and direct marketing experienceExtensive experience with guest tracking systems and analysis tools5 years marketing communications skillsStrong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)Strong leadership and decision skillsProfessional attitude, always setting the exampleA record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employmentPHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
