*This is a hybrid, in person role at the Scottsdale, AZ support center office. 2-3 days per week is the office is required.*

Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized and creative Healthcare Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing management team in executing a wide range of tasks essential for both acquiring new patients and retaining existing ones. This role involves managing and producing digital content, enhancing SEO, creating engaging blog articles, handling social media and graphic design tasks, and securing digitial assets required for onboarding new practices. The ideal candidate will utilize project management tools to ensure smooth integration of practices into the Imagen network.

Assist in the development and placement of content on various digital platforms, including websites and social media.Create and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive website traffic.Contribute to the production of informative and engaging blog articles tailored for our dental practices.Generate and manage social media content, including posts and graphics, to enhance engagement and brand awareness.Design graphics and marketing materials to support both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.Secure and manage digital assets needed for the onboarding of new practices into the Imagen network.Utilize project management tools to track the progress and success of onboarding new practices, ensuring all marketing deliverables are met on time.Collaborate with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to execute targeted marketing strategies effectively.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.2+ years' experiene in healthcare marketing.Experience in Adobe Creative Suites, Smartsheets Project Management, and all Microsoft products is preferered.Proven experience in digital content creation, SEO, and social media management.Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent organizational skills and experience with project management tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
