POSITION SUMMARYAs the Marketing Manager at Slick Rock Tanning & Spa, you will lead and oversee all marketing activities to drive lead generation and support our revenue goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the Executive Leadership's vision and organizational objectives. By collaborating closely with sales and operations departments, you will craft and execute a cohesive communication strategy and brand message that propels market presence and revenue growth. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in equipping every department with the tools, resources, and brand execution deliverables essential for achieving our ambitious organizational goals.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESDevelop marketing campaigns to support specific marketing and financial objectives across different channels in support the overall business strategyMarket various channels and segment databasesDevelop business cases for marketing initiatives at the proposal stage, making recommendations on marketing tacticsEvaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving lead flow, sales conversion, and customer retention initiativesCreate and propose marketing research projects to generate consumer insights to support or improve marketing strategy and communicationsBuild relationship with department leads and other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendorsLead execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging internal assetsWorks closely with Slick Rock executive leadership team and external marketing partners to monitor, appraise, and review previous marketing strategies as well as upcoming opportunitiesCoordinates projects such as grassroots marketing and special eventsManages social media marketing strategy and content marketingCoordinate company conferences, trade shows, and major eventsSupport sales and lead generation effortsWork with sales department for pricing strategies and market share growthKEY COMPETENCIES

Above average oral and written communication skills, including high proficiency in all MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience leveraging software: Illustrator, Canva, ChatGPT, Google WorkspaceCompetency in Hubspot, HTML, and Creative toolsPrevious marketing experience requiredAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitudeAbility to think critically, in order to develop and assess marketing materialsOutstanding organization and administrative skillsAbility to demonstrate independent thinking as well as a teamwork approach to job responsibilitiesExperience with digital platforms, social media and content marketingAccurately create written reports, presentations, and correspondenceHas excellent communication techniques with clients and team members in person, by phone, or writtenQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related equivalent of experienceMinimum 5 yrs of experience with progressive responsibilitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pay: $55,000-$65,000 per year
