Formulate marketing and promotional strategies, including brand management, advertising, and creation of online and sales collateral for company products.Assist in developing both long-term and short-term marketing plans and budgets.Identify new technologies and products suitable for online campaigns.Participate in and coordinate promotional activities, such as trade shows.Negotiate contracts for services necessary to execute marketing strategies.Stay informed about market trends and developments, providing recommendations to leadership.Supervise the marketing staff, including responsibilities such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Undertake additional tasks and special projects as directed by the CEO.Marketing Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations, coupled with 8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in business-to-business sales, is required.Proven ability to manage marketing programs and budgets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies.
