About You

As a Senior Brand Manager for THYMOGLOBULIN, you have a deep knowledge of SOT and all this unique therapeutic area entails. You are a driven Marketing professional with strong project management and communication skills who is comfortable navigating a matrixed organization to achieve brand objectives. You have experience in working with and managing agencies, developing and rolling out marketing initiatives in the field, as well as navigating internal ways of working such as Medical/Legal/Regulatory review. You are a change agent and have a proven track record of developing and maintaining KOL relationships. You have the ability to gain rapid insight into key issues at the account level and build collaborative coalitions providing solutions that benefit Sanofi, our customers, and our shared patients.

About the Job

This role is within the THYMOGLOBULIN Marketing team and reports to the THYMOGLOBULIN & SOT Brand lead. You will help manage the execution of the THYMOGLOBULIN brand strategy by delivering relevant tactics for HCP-facing use by the field organization. You will need excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure projects and activities are executed in a timely fashion and remain tethered to field and marketing research insights with the goal of removing barriers to prescribing THYMOGLOBULIN and access to kidney transplantation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Brand Team to create new brand messaging and adapt marketing messages to unique customerLead execution of HCP non-personal promotion (NPP) strategy to drive brand adoption and brand loyaltyLead execution of consumer unbranded campaign and media strategy to increase awareness of living donor kidney transplantation and organ donationLead and support brand direction to commercial customer-facing teams (ie TNM, KAL, IDN) by enforcing brand strategy and implementing message pull throughDrive asset creation and updates for Commercial field organization that successfully address business opportunities and threatsIdentify and analyze impediments to brand performance and guide SOT field teams towards commercial solutions, using data analytics and AICollaborate with all Internal and External Stakeholders to build strong partnerships and participate in cross-functional workstreams to develop and execute brand strategyKeep abreast of latest developments in SOT to maintain clinical fluency and market innovations that will enable Commercial field organization to engage stakeholders in high-value, results-driven conversationsKey Capabilities:

Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of five years of work experience in the SOT market, with experience encompassing one or more of the following: field sales, product marketing, other cross functional leadership role, or medical/clinical backgroundYou should be able to manage multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders at throughout the organizationPossess strong scientific acumen and ability to effectively articulate complex scientific concepts and dataExcellent communication skills, ability to communicate to audiences of varied sizes and levels, both US and GlobalDocumented success of demonstrating ability to adapt and change in a shifting environmentProven track record of working in a complex cross-functional environment with leadership teams which focused on transformation and complex business modelsSelf-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skillsExperience with regulatory and the pharmaceutical promotional review processPreferred Requirements:

Experience in Transplant Immunosuppression or Diabetes specialty preferredMBA or other relevant advanced degreeCross-functional leadership experience
