The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and creating engaging content across all social media channels, monitoring and growing social media presence, establishing connections with key influencers, and driving engagement. This integral marketing team member will work closely with other members of the Marketing Team and play a significant role in definition and implementation of the enterprise digital strategy. The ideal candidate requires a strong analytical background paired with creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a results-driven social media strategyCreate and maintain social media calendarsAssist in the creation and editing of engaging written, video and photo contentMaintain unified brand voice across different social media channelsMonitor analytics and report on key metricsInteract with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and commentsMaintain library of User Generated Content (UGC) through digital platformAssist in the development and management of influencer marketing strategyOngoing identification, qualification and outreach for new influencersNegotiate and contract influencers and provide ongoing review of influencer contracted deliverables and resultsKeep abreast of social media best practices and trends and evolve strategies accordingly.Physical requirements: must be able to lift and move up to 10#Sitting, standing and walking throughout the dayQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field1-3 years of experience in prior marketing rolePassion for social media and proficiency with all major social media platforms and management toolsSkilled in video editing softwareStrong writing and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of social media KPIs, SEO and web traffic metricsBenefit Offerings Include:
