About the RoleThis multi-faceted position will assist with graphic design, social media marketing, event and tradeshow planning, and various marketing administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Graphic design work including but not limited to the creation of sales fliers, catalogs, banners, tradeshow booths, logos, and apparelAssist with the creation and execution of new product launch strategies including competitive analysisDesign, copywrite and schedule social media contentAid in planning and organizing tradeshows and other industry eventsHandle all industry memberships and sponsorships. Assist with managing relationships with vendors, customers and industry partnersManage Net Promotor Score and Key Performance Indicator reportsObtain and sort customer reports for email marketing campaignsOversee promotional product ordering and inventoryContribute to the proposal of new ideas and initiatives in all facets of marketingMaintain brand standards throughout multiple platformsLimited travel required for marketing events, tradeshows and field visitsExecute additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Canva
Knowledge of marketing trends, best practices and resourcesExperience creating social media content for various platformsGraphic design capability with page layout skills and logo creationExperience with third-party email platforms such as Constant Contact, MailChimp or equivalentUnderstanding of Net Promotor Score and managing customer feedbackGeneral understanding of SEO, Adwords, and Google AnalyticsWebsite updating skills on WordPress desirable but not requiredPhoto editing skills desirable but not requiredExperience using CRM platforms desirable but not required
