As the

Marketing Manager, Digital Media

, you will lead key programs across the Enterprise Activation team trafficking digital marketing programs across the Walmart e-commerce, Stores, and Services programs. You will partner with Media Strategy & Planning teams and Marketing teams to lead best-in-class digital executions.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Media. You will be joining the Performance Marketing organization looking to drive incremental traffic, sales and customer acquisition goals. We are looking for a passionate marketer to execute digital campaigns across Programmatic Display, Paid Social and SEM.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation across key digital marketing programs driving incremental sales, traffic, and customer acquisition and retention programs.

• Support the development of Walmart's digital media strategy by providing input into channel strategy. Directs review and insights development from channel data; diagnoses and pin-points actions, and metrics to continue to grow, influence and enhance effectiveness of channel strategy.

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of product development, focusing on problem-solving calls-to-action and process automation

• Collaborate between Marketing organization, Marketing leaders and other cross-functional teams across the Walmart business (e.g., eCommerce Retail/Category Marketing, Site Merchandising, Product Management, Engineering, Insights and Analytics) to develop and implement multiple complex channel specific digital marketing plans/programs.

• Lead the development of reporting and monitoring dashboards across multiple channels (Programmatic Display, Paid Social, SEM).

You'll sweep us off our feet if you possess:

Knowledge of the online media landscape (Display, Paid Social, SEM) and underlying technologies.

Excellent analytical skills. Must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies

A strategic, yet curious mindset, applying critical thinking to uncover and solve business problems

Effective project management skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years marketing or advertising experience

3+ years experience in digital media, with a focus in paid media (Display, Paid Social, SEM)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Full funnel campaign management experience

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00



Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
