We are searching for an Architecture graduate to add to our team. A person with drive and dedication, someone with attention to detail, resourceful, with excellent time management skills, and the desire to execute and complete tasks accurately.Project Types:
Single Family ResidenceAccessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)DuplexNew ConstructionAdditions & AlterationsRemodelsRenovation/ Historical (HPOZ - G. Ain- Mar Vista Tract.)Custom Cabinetry/ Built-insFurnitureMill-workCustom Architectural Components (Bronze)Built Project locations: Venice, CA, Santa Monica, CA, Los Angeles, CA, and Aspen/Snowmass, CO.Current Projects (Plan Check/ Permits): (E) Duplex 2ND Story Addition (Venice, Mar Vista). (N) 2-Story SFR (Beverly Hills, Mulholland). On the Boards: ADU (CLT Construction).Position: All aspects from Pre-design Phase through Construction Administration. Specific Plan & Plan Check submittal with City of Los Angeles/City of Santa Monica, including Arch. Set Plans for City Permitting, Shop Drawings, Consultant(s) Coordination (i.e. T-24).Office Hours: 9AM-5PM.Project time frames are approximate and vary from 6 to 18 months from Pre-Design to Plan Check Ready Plans. Project presentations and Virtual Reality (VR) immersion.Employee Requirements:
AutoCAD & Autodesk Revit 2023 (Min.)Adobe Creative Cloud (Recommended)Experience: Agency coordination/Consultants, Department of Building & Safety, Permits, Construction Documents, VR Immersion.Payment method: Payroll Bi-weekly.Pay Rate: $30.00/Hr.Please let me know if you are interested in this position.
