We are seeking an accomplished professional for the role of Vice President, Account Services, specializing in Healthcare Advertising and Medical Communications. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing and expanding our prestigious medical education/med affairs, and advertising services.
This permanent position offers remote flexibility with impactful responsibilities that include:Leading a substantial business portfolioOverseeing financial accountability involving budgets up to $12MMDirecting high-performing teams with 6 direct reports under your guidance.In this pivotal role, you'll deliver visionary strategies across diverse client accounts involved in pharmaceuticals, educational programs for healthcare professionals (HCP), and innovative medical marketing campaigns.
Key Skills Required:Strategic Leadership - Demonstrated experience steering organizations towards long-term success while meeting immediate objectives.Financial Acumen - Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets effectively ensuring profitability and growth.Team Management - Skilled in leading cross-functional teams by inspiring excellence through mentorship and development opportunities.Client Relations - Adeptness at nurturing strong relationships with clients specifically within pharmacology or equivalent scientific fields is essential; familiarity working closely on both Med Affairs initiatives as well as promotional activities related to it would stand out significantly here too!Experience leading & moderating advisory boards.MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN HEALTHCARE/PHARMACEUTICAL MED COMMS & ADVERTISING AGENCIES
