Marketing Project Coordinator for a global health and wellness client located in

Ada, Michigan . This is a

full-time ,

hybrid (Monday - Thursday in office) , 12-month contract opportunity

with the possibility of an extension . Compensation for this position is expected to be

$25/hr - $32/hr

depending on experience level and fit.

You will partner with the Marketing Director and act as a key point of contact for the Marketing staff handling a wide variety of tasks. What You'll Do:

Support Director of Brand Marketing and Brand teamScheduling tasks ranging from appointments to organization and maintenance of department's calendars, meetings, mail/shipping authorization and courier requests.Administer and maintain monthly Marketing Integrated calendar.Project coordination for Brand catalogs, internal/external distributionProvide and process all product requests for photo shoots, special events and inventory for Marketing cabinets.Implement, Manage and processing of all SOW requisitions, invoices and purchase orders for outside resources and partner with Talent Source.Manage and support meeting requests and logistics for Marketing team (Set up, Food & IT support).Provide assistance for projects such as Ad Hoc and VCA payment processing for Special Events.Manage and support team celebrations, milestone anniversaries and life events.Maintain and stock for Office / Kitchen supplies as neededOnboarding/Offboarding employee requests - IT/Applications trainingWhat You'll Need:

Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience1-2+ years of relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, proficiency in Tableau a plusAbility to prioritize and multi-task effectively and meet internal/external deadlinesAttention to detail, time management, conflict resolution while being pro-active with positive, can-do attitudeAbility to operate in a "we before me" environmentWillingness to learn new systems and processes
