Typical Day in the Role• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the Azure AI platform team is to create tools and services that allows developers to integrate with AI• Key projects: This role will contribute towards an Azure AI studio project• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the following,10% schedule review and communicating/ triasing with team what is needed30% meeting heavy team; working sessions50% heads down10% overhead

1. Minimum 10 years experience with UX/ UI experience2. Minimum 7 years experience with ability to solve complex problems in the benefit of the user / feature work experience3. Minimum 3-5 years experience with design at a system level ; have been working on developing an app from front to back.
Summary:The main function of a UX/UI Developer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs.
Job Responsibilities:• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals.• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications
Skills:• Strong understanding and experience applying Human Centered design principles and best practices• Previous experience designing web app design systems - both visual and UX systems - required• Previous experiences designing applications incorporating generative AI preferred• Previous experience working with front-end devs to create working code-based prototypes preferred• Knowledge and application of accessibility UX best practices and principles preferred• Ability to present design concepts and explain their uses and function• Strong writing, and communication skills• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines• Attention to detail, high level of visual design polish• Collaboration and independence
Education/Experience:• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required• 10+ years experience required
