Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the durable goods and e-commerce sectors, with a strong focus on aggregated ratings and reviews. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and optimize our marketing strategies to increase sales and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with SWCORP's business objectives and brand strategy.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO.Oversee the collection, analysis, and aggregation of ratings and reviews to enhance product credibility and customer trust.Collaborate with the product development team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional materials.Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Lead the creation and management of engaging content across all marketing channels.Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on durable goods and e-commerce.Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.Strong understanding of ratings and review platforms and how to leverage them for brand enhancement.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and email marketing platforms.Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:
