You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

Communication Strategy and Planning:Assist the Promotional Strategic Committee initiatives, coordinate the promotion of products and brands to targeted audiences, together with the sales and marketing departments and teams.Coordinate communication projects and integrate internal and corporate communication actions decided by management and stakeholders.Collaborate in defining and implementing strategies that promote the operational excellence of marketing actions, supporting commercial and development teams in their initiatives.Assist the Sr. Communications Specialist, in collaboration with stakeholders, in executing a strategy oriented towards customer excellence, to enable a customer happiness journey, better serve our customers' needs and improve overall satisfaction and loyalty to HM.CLAUSE.Execute the regional Communications Strategy & Plans (tactics and channels), Marcom campaigns, Messaging and KPIs.Communication Execution and Monitoring:

Facilitate effective communications in the assigned country, aligned with the guidelines of the Product Development Managers, Sales, and Regional Marcom Manager.Assist in the preparation of the annual communication plan and budget for the assigned region, ensuring approval and validation by management and stakeholders.Manage the tactical implementation and monitor the annual local communication plan, following management guidelines and supervision.Ensure the quality of communication publications, services, and deadlines, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and target audience expectations.Execute the communication plan, ensuring the quality of publications, services, and deadlines.Track the performance of communication actions and regularly communicate results to management and involved teams, identifying optimization opportunities and continuous improvement.Media Relations and Events:

Establish and maintain solid relationships with third-party suppliers, such as advertising agencies, printers, translators, and other service providers, to ensure efficiency and quality in the execution of communication actions.Identify opportunities to improve internal communication processes, encouraging collaboration and information sharing between departments.Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication actions, collecting feedback and data to improve future initiatives.Assist in fostering relations with the media, including journalists, influencers, and other opinion-makers, with the support of the internal corporate team, if necessary, to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.Contribute to the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing actions that boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and the achievement of business objectives.Stay updated on trends and best practices in communication and marketing, aiming to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in the company's communication strategy.Digital Content:

Coordinate the production of images, videos, and other types of content, ensuring adherence to visual identity and brand guidelines.Maintain and update content on the company's website, as well as coordinating social media and content strategies, ensuring the consistency and relevance of posts.Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital content, using tools such as Google Analytics and other analysis platforms (for example, e-photo.com analytics), to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and communication, to ensure integration and consistency of messages across all digital platforms.Identify and seize opportunities for collaborative content creation or partnerships with other organizations, promoting synergies and expanding the reach of the company's content.Monitor trends and best practices in digital marketing and communication, identifying opportunities for improvements and innovations for the company's strategy in the online environment.KPIs and Report:

Collect KPIs and review reports that assist management in decision-making and in evaluating the performance of marketing and communication actions.Analyze the impact of implemented actions, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.Recommend methodologies and processes for measuring and evaluating marketing and communication actions, ensuring effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).Coordinate the collection of and archiving of generated data and visual assets, keeping all existing information sharing platforms updated.Compile and present results of marketing and communication initiatives, contributing with insights and recommendations for optimizing actions and maximizing ROI.Periodically review KPIs, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic objectives of the area and the company.Recommend efficient communication processes to share information and updates related to KPIs and the performance of marketing and communication actions with teams and management.The incumbent may also support global Internal Communications teams in cascading and contributing to local newsletters. The person will support local General Managers for Connect meetings (2x per year).

70,000 - $80,000(Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.)
