Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a UX Designer position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Designer will join the Commerce & Ecosystems organization, focused on building the first “AI first” enterprise product in a fast moving and agile way. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an industry first confidential project that is planned to launch to the public fall 2023. In this role you will:Engage with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraintsCoordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are metDesign, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of designAnalyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications

8+ years experience in software design and developmentExperience in professional UI developmentExperience with data-driven UI developmentInteraction design experience with visual attention to detailStrong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principlesExperienced with current design tools (Figma)Understanding of design languages (e.g., Fluent)Track record of creating or improving product user experienceBachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field requiredShare this job.
