The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth within the region. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing, to ensure alignment and success in achieving marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, events, email, etc.) to drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration.Event Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs, co-marketing initiatives, and promotional activities to drive mutual business goals.Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Required Experience/Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or related industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.Flexibility for travel within the Americas region as required.FLSA Status:
