Sila is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will work alongside developers to offer direction and feedback on each stage of the project. You will be engaged in every part of the UI/UX process, including user research, information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, user interface design, and visual design.

Create clear web and digital experiences for clientsWork closely with both external clients and internal, cross-functional teams on projectsSupport the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design documentationCollaborate with product managers, design, engineering, quality assurance and clients to identify the best experience that meets user, business and technical requirementsWork with development teams and project leadership to define and refine scopeDesign user flows and human computer interactionsProblem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues and identify efficiencies and innovative approachesReview UI to ensure proper implementation, and work with technical teams to hone the experience and polish of the final outputCollaborate and work with the application development team, business process functional analysts, and interaction designers to shape and improve all aspects of the user experience and ensure the end-product meets client requirementsDevelop artifacts and a framework for future design teams to emulate ensuring consistency and a unified visual language are achievedRequirements
3+ years of experience with user experience design, user interface and visual design3+ years of experience with FigmaExperience creating and documenting information design concepts and solutions by various means, including wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, or task flow diagramsProven track record in client facing rolesAbility to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutionsA portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, process, and innovation in related fieldsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate with teams and work independentlyBachelor's DegreeSila will not sponsor any employee in this position for a work visa, now or in the future (i.e. H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant or immigrant status)About Sila Solutions GroupSila Solutions Group is a technology and management consulting firm that delivers solutions to the world’s leading corporations.
