Together, we are building a better tomorrow for our customers, partners and communities.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead definition of National Promotion constructsAnalyze customer and market data to find the most optimal price point in order to attract customers, maximize sales, and increase profits while navigating a continuously evolving competitor landscapeWork with customer facing sales and marketing channel leads to develop and customize integrated marketing campaigns in support of launches as well as life cycle management activities including promotion, merchandising, and trainingAnalyze sales promotions for effectiveness (attainment of program objectives) and efficiency (cost optimization) and provide insights and recommendations to executive level managementLeverage strategic partnerships to amplify and broaden reach of complimentary launchesLead strategic and ad hoc analytics initiatives to better understand customer/channel behaviorDemonstrate end-to-end process perspective, providing data collection, analysis and thorough documentation of processesIdentify newer, better, and/or more efficient promotional platforms via consumer research, competitive analysis, etc.Maintain post-mortem library of promotion performanceIdentify, share and scale best practices / reference cases across sales accountsCollaborate with Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy and Analytics, Product Management and Sales Account Teams to drive towards Revenue, Market Share, and Switching and Retention Targets.Skills and QualificationsJob Requirements:Requires BA with 8+ years of relevant combined experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Acquisition Marketing in Consumer Electronics, Carrier, Retail industry requiredIntegrated marketing or channel marketing experience with carrier or retailer highly desiredMust have experience with P&L management, promotion development and ROI assessmentProven performance in developing and executing strategies that deliver wins for the consumer, the customer and the company.
