About The Role
We're hiring a Global Procurement Manager to support in optimizing our procure to pay (P2P) processes and systems. You'll interface closely with senior leadership, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to operationalize and scale our processes to support our organization's rapid growth. We are looking for someone who is ready to roll up the sleeves, drive and support procurement operations. You will report directly to the Director, Strategic Sourcing.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our P2P systems and processes to ensure seamless procurement and financial operations.Manage the month end close process for Purchase Order accruals and Accounts Payable reporting and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Engage with internal stakeholders across various functions to understand their procurement needs, and support in building a streamlined procurement request and approval process.Lead reporting and analytics initiatives within the P2P process to generate insightful reports and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and support data driven decision making to support Axonius' financial and operational goals.Manage supplier relationships, support contract renewals, and perform quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.Manage day to day procurement operations including purchase request intake and workflow configuration, end to end transactions (intake to PO), supplier set up and risk assessment.
About You
Versatile procurement knowledge with expertise in procurement request management, contract negotiation and renewal management, compliance with policies and controls, and comprehensive knowledge of procurement technologies (ZIP, NetSuite).Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration.Meticulous attention to detail, deadline driven, exceptionally methodical and organized work ethic to manage complex projects and maintain accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations.Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences securing buy-in for procurement initiatives.Comfortable with establishing new processes, change management and solving complex challenges with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders across the organization.Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a must and should be comfortable with creating reports, searches and transactions.Experience with accounts payable systems such as Tipalti and Payem is recommended but not required.Experience with travel and expense systems such as Navan and Expensify is recommended but not required.Experience with ZIP is recommended but not required.

Annual Pay Range$108,000 — $125,000 USD
