As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the helm of our consumer cruise marketing efforts. You'll create and execute compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience, driving engagement and conversions. Your expertise will extend beyond email, collaborating on UX, paid advertising, and direct mail initiatives to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.Leverage marketing automation platforms to create personalized and engaging customer journeys.Optimize email performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the travel industry.Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Passion for travel and the cruise industry.
