If you are ready to excel, innovate, and truly enjoy where you work, apply now for the Head of Public Relations position and join Marvell's Global Marketing organization.What You Can ExpectJob Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic public relations plans to enhance the Marvell brandMonitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks for the companyCreate compelling and engaging news content to communicate the company's messages to the mediaBuild and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnershipsServe as the lead expert and thought partner on media topics, including prioritizing the right stories, handling information flow, resolving issues, and providing counsel on issues and opportunitiesDrive all external communication efforts, including press releases, media events, interviews, speaking engagements, awards, blogs, and crisis managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channelsDevelop and manage budgets for public relations campaigns and initiativesContinuously evaluate and improve public relations strategies to increase brand awareness and reputationEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field required10-15 years of B2B technology communications experience, with relevant semiconductor experience a plusDemonstrated leadership experience and ability to foster strong working relationships within complex organizationsSelf-motivated, strategic thinker who possesses a positive team-player attitude capable of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForMarvell is seeking a strategic and creative individual with a passion for storytelling, a proven track record in building meaningful relationships with press and executing successful public relations campaigns. As the Head of Public Relations, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our media strategy, enhancing brand reputation, and securing impactful media coverage. You will report to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and partner with senior leaders across the organization.To thrive in this position, you must possess:Deep understanding of media relations and emerging trendsRobust network of media contacts with whom you have strong, trusted relationshipsAgility to quickly identify and capitalize on relevant storiesAbility to translate complex narratives into compelling messages that resonate with journalists and their audiencesStrong communication, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking environmentExpected Base Pay Range (USD)148,540 - 222,500, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsAt Marvell, we offer a total compensation package with a base, bonus and equity.
