In this critical role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our global social media strategy, instrumental in fostering community growth and driving measurable outcomes in customer engagement and brand awareness. We seek someone with a deep expertise in social media best practices, and outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills. This role reports to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and is based in Santa Clara, CA.Education/ExperienceA bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related area is essential.8 or more years of social media experience with the creativity to develop a unique content strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.Excellent storytelling and writing skills.Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.Proven experience building, growing and managing external agencies and internal teams.Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities using data and analytics, market research and strategic frameworks.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)102,620 - 153,700, $ per annum. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsAt Marvell, we offer a total compensation package with a base, bonus and equity.
