The role requires strong collaboration with engineering, application engineering, sales/FAEs, program management, business operations, and finance as well as direct customer engagements.The individual will champion products to enable next generation Data Center and AI Switching solutions with leading target customers. The successful candidate will develop and own their product business plan, roadmap, design wins and revenue forecast. This individual will also have responsibilities with open source communities and software and silicon product planning

What You Can ExpectPrimary BU Account responsibilities for leading tier 1 and 2 Data Center customers

Work with Product Management during product planning phase for NOS, SDKs, Silicon and Systems for Data Center switching products

Drive customer requirements / activities to ensure engineering and cross-functional teams are all in-sync & execute to plan.

Evangelizing new products and solutions to potential customers and internal stakeholders.

Help corporate marketing develop product line digital marketing and social media messaging.

Develop product strategies with sales and cross-functional teams that yield design wins at targeted customer accounts.

Actively engage in product business planning activities: market/technology trends, market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), key customers to win, competitive analysis, product positioning and pricing.

Manage key ecosystem and technology alliances for product success.

Partner with sales to develop key customer account plans that cover key programs, supply chain partners, decision making tree, organization structure/contacts, and technology roadmap plans.

Collaborate with engineering to develop reference design solutions for leading use cases and architecture engagements with leading customers and their platform partners.

Sales & FAE training on market and product line plans.

What We're Looking ForB.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related) required.

7+ years of relevant networking industry experience with solid understanding of ethernet switching solutions including software, silicon, and systems for data centers and AI.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

"Can-do" self-starter with strong cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills.

Strategic analytic mind who has had success in the conception and launch of new products.

Deep understanding of networking is a plus.

Product pricing and revenue forecasting experience.

#LI-MM1Expected Base Pay Range (USD)140,180 - 210,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
