Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategizes and deploys a comprehensive corporate communication blueprint that aligns with the strategic ambitions of Empower and elevates our brand narrative.Forges strong alliances with the leadership echelon, guaranteeing that the essence of our brand resonates uniformly through every initiative.Pioneers brand and communication initiatives, encompassing the full spectrum from crafting compelling content to managing public relations endeavors.Cultivates a network of pivotal partnerships and stakeholder relationships to amplify brand presence and perception.Embraces the mantle of the company's spokesperson, ensuring our message is both heard and felt.Masterminds crisis communication frameworks that protect and preserve the integrity of our brand.Fosters deep connections with stakeholders, nurturing a culture of brand advocacy and loyalty.Orchestrates the creation of bespoke communication materials that celebrate our milestones and achievements.Directs the narrative and execution of brand communication campaigns that strategically position Empower in the marketplace.Champions a uniform brand experience across all communication channels.Architects internal communication strategies that bolster employee engagement and align efforts with our brand's vision.Sets and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication endeavors.Conducts regular audits of our communication strategies to refine and enhance our efforts.Champions a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.Oversees and evaluates team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.Assesses and navigates the evolving needs of the department, playing a pivotal role in recruitment and onboarding.Embraces additional responsibilities as they arise.Performs other duties as assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, Public relations, Marketing, or a related field, required. Advanced degree preferred.10+ years in corporate communications experience and proven track record of mobilizing large complex projects, required.5+ years’ experience in a leadership role, leading, developing and executing successful communication strategies, required.Extensive experience in media relations, crisis communication, and brand reputation management.
