Associate Marketing Manager

Our client, a fragrance brand, is seeking a Associate Marketing Manager to join their team in office in Miami.Job Duties Include:Develop and manage brand strategies, including forecasting, pricing, etc.Create and maintain a marketing calendar and design collateral elementsReview and approve artwork to ensure items are correct before finalization and printCollaborate on promotional materials, such as gift sets and gift-with-purchase itemsAssist in developing key retailer and marketing presentationsCoordinate with internal and external partners for planning all launch detailsManage timelines for new product launches and other promotional programs from concept to shelf-readyMonitor and analyze the competitive marketplace through market visits and trade magazinesJob Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field3+ years of progressive marketing experience in the beauty categoryFragrance experience is a plusExperience with media/digital advertising is a plusStart-up experience is a plusStrong analytical skills and leadership abilitiesAbility to manage details and multitask projects under tight deadlinesAbility to present and manage executive-level meetingsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentationsSalary: $70k-$80k annually*While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
