About Us:We are a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion brand committed to creating innovative and trendsetting designs. As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented Associate Fashion Designer specializing in 7-16 Dresses to join our creative force. We work collaboratively in office 5 days a week to create a new product line for every season.Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and design sportswear and dresses collections in line with brand aesthetics and market trends- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to bring designs to life- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offerings- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers- Ensure that designs meet quality standards and production feasibility- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers as needed- Work closely with Senior DesignerQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Fashion, with a focus on 7-16 Dresses- Proven ability to create innovative and commercially successful designs- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife InsuranceFlex Spending Account (FSA)Transit Checks401k (not matching)Please send JPEGS of your portfolio to be considered.We are an equal opportunity employer.
