Reporting to the Director of Integrated & Digital Marketing, designs, implements and measures marketing tactical programs across all channels, to meet Temple Health clinical, research and academic objectives.

Education

Bachelors Degree : in relevant field (Required)

Experience

5 Years experience developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing multi-channel marketing tactics (Required)

5 years of experience in a health care marketing environment (Required)

General Experience with physician and consumer referral behavior (Required)

Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation applications (Required)

Proficiency with a variety of digital marketing tactics (such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, etc.) (Required)

Proficiency in planning and evaluating multi-channel media campaigns (Required)

40 Hours Per Week / 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Tactical Marketing - Manager

- Designs tactical plans based on objectives, audiences, creative assets and budget.

- Oversees implementation of and/or directly implements tactical plans, in collaboration with clinical, administrative, marketing, communications, key account managers and business development teams, to ensure timeline and budget compliance, messaging consistency, and customer focus.

- Develops and/or contributes to development of digital marketing campaigns in order to ensure best practices are followed.

- Measures, analyzes and reports on impact of tactical plans.

- Adjusts tactical programs based on results measurement to continually improve marketing ROI performance.

- Identifies, assesses, implements and evaluates new marketing tactics to improve marketing mix and marketing lead generation/ROI performance.

- Oversees the Customer Relationship Management application on behalf of the marketing department.

- Functions as the organization's subject expert on the attributes and weaknesses of all marketing channels.

- Oversees relationships with various traditional and digital media agencies.

- Manages all digital marketing programs for services lines and entities including paid search, paid social media, digital display, online video, and other emerging tactics.

- Works together with marketing leadership, Temple Access Center, and other scheduling resources to support a positive experience for new patients.

- Under the supervision of the director, builds and tracks annual service line budgets.

- Supports other projects as assigned, such as Marketing Project Management System oversight and administration.
