JOB MISSION:

The Associate Manager, Search Marketing is a critical part of the NA integrated marketing team. This role is crucial to our goals of capturing brand & category search demand. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all paid search efforts for New Balance North America (newbalance.com & newbalance.ca).

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of search engine marketing and an ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. This role will work closely with key stakeholders in marketing, consumer insights, and ecommerce stakeholders.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:Own all aspects of paid search for New Balance.com in the US and Canada. This includes keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies and budgets.Lead and manage paid search agency to monitor and adjust campaigns.Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with key partners and agencies.Collaborate with SEO counterpart to align strategies and realize efficiencies.Research and analyze keyword coverage. Identify and act against growth opportunities.Stay abreast of industry trends, both search/category related and educate leadership as needed.Understanding of consumer behavior within the footwear and apparel industry.REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

5+ years of experience in SEM, either with a brand or agency.Advanced understanding of paid search marketing channels, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Proven success in managing multimillion-dollar budgets.Strong background in keyword research and ad copywriting.Proactive, resourceful, and driven problem solver.Experience with bid management platforms (SA360).Familiarity with website analytics tools (i.e., Adobe, Google Analytics, etc).Capability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.Ability to work in a matrixed environment that requires collaboration and consensus building.Curiosity and self-motivation to continuously explore for new insights.Passion for athletic footwear/apparel industry and the New Balance brand.

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
