Fors Marsh is seeking a junior designer to contribute to the creative design process. This is an associate level role with a focus on learning and assisting in design execution. This individual would work with other designers, art directors, and copywriters to provide foundational support to the creative team on design-related tasks.
Responsibilities include:Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts based on project briefs and creative direction.Develop design concepts following brand guidelines and creative direction from senior team members.Organize and manage design files, assets, and resources for efficient workflow.Prepare and package design files for production and delivery, including resizing existing assets.Implement client feedback and make necessary design revisions.Ensure consistency and maintain quality control in design output.Prepare presentations and templates for client deliverables.Qualifications:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.Associate's degree or equivalent of experience in areas such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing.1-3 years of experience in related field (advertising, marketing, graphic design)Critical thinking skills.Attention to detail.Time management.Ability to manage dynamic workload.Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.We Offer:Our benefits typically meet or exceed our competitors' packages.
