This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the B2B sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve business goals.Create compelling email content, including copy and design, to engage target audiences.Manage email marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.Segment email lists based on various criteria to ensure targeted messaging.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing best practices and regulations.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing.Experience in the B2B sector is highly preferred.Proficient in email marketing platforms and tools.Strong writing and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.Benefits:Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $48,000 annually.Opportunity to work onsite in Sarasota, FL.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
