Our retail beauty client is seeking a talented and innovative
Digital Designer
to join their team in a hybrid role. This individual will be instrumental in developing creative solutions for digital storytelling across various paid digital marketing channels.*Hybrid in Bolingbrook, IL - 6 days/month onsite*6+ month contract on a W2$40.00-$43.00/hourWorking closely with the Manager, Digital Design, and other teams across Paid Media, Ad Operations, Sales & Account Management, Merchandising, and Marketing, the successful candidate will contribute to the growth and innovation of our client's digital footprint.Key Responsibilities:Design creative projects for targeted marketing campaigns across various retail media ad productsProduce digital content, including digital ads, GIFs, and HTML5 animationsUnderstand and apply industry best practices and specifications for all social channel ad productsUtilize proofing tools and collaborative project management toolsImplement the brand identity, visual and voice into every campaign & communicationCommunicate and present design concepts effectivelyCollaborate with external partners to communicate creative direction and execute campaignsShare knowledge and skills with other designers to ensure continuity across digital touchpointsIdeal candidates will have:4 years of experience in digital visual design for marketing and/or advertising projectsProficiency in motion design and HTML5 animationA portfolio showcasing experience in digital marketing and content creationKnowledge of all social media platforms, best practices, ad specs, and latest trendsProficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere and AfterEffects), SketchExcellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlinesStrong written, communication, and presentation skillsA Bachelor's Degree in Design, Media Arts, or similarThis role requires a passion for our client's products and guests, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
