in Bolingbrook, ILOur client in the Beauty and Retail space has a need for a Digital Designer that would work within their Paid Media Creative team! This role will be for roughly 6 months, 40 hours a week and does require going ONSITE 6 days out of the month at their corporate headquarters in Bolingbrook.Digital Designer Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and eye catching digital assets for digital ads, GIFs, HTML5 animations, and social media content.Utilize a strong sense of typography, layout, and understanding of interaction to design assets.Deliver assets assigned and campaigns on tight schedules and ensure the work meets the brand identity, voice, and visual expectations.Use video, still photography, animations, and illustrations as components to the work and create unique assets in some cases.Deliver motion graphics for social and digital ad use.Bring trends and other ideas to the team for how to uniquely engage across digital channels.Work cross-functionally and brief in on projects for digital assets.Work within proofing tools and project management software to deliver projects and assets.Digital Designer Requirements: 4+ years' experience in visual design.Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and After Effects as well)High proficiency in Figma as many of the assets will be delivered in this platform.Bachelor's degree.Digital first portfolio showing digital design work-- content, social, GIFs, video, and use of photography.Skilled with HTML5 to design banners.
