Job Overview:We are searching for a skilled and imaginative Motion Designer to enrich our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting stunning renderings and animations of confidential, cutting-edge devices using CAD, Adobe Suite, Maya and other leading 3D rendering software. This role demands not only technical proficiency but also exceptional storytelling abilities, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. You'll be joining a globally distributed marketing team, supporting multiple brands on an international scale.****This candidate is required to be on site in Long Island 5 days a week.****Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling and Riggi ng: Create intricate 3D models and rigs of confidential devices, and scenarios as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail . Animatio n: Produce captivating animations that bring our devices to life, suitable for various platforms like social media, websites, and digital marketing endeavors . Storyboardi ng: Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to plan and visualize motion graphics and video projects effectively . Brand Cohesi on: Ensure that all visual content aligns seamlessly with our brand identity, messaging, and overarching marketing objectives. Collaborati on: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business goals. Video Editi ng: Seamlessly integrate 3D animations into video footage, incorporating music, sound effects, and motion graphics to create polished and engaging content . Project Manageme nt: Efficiently manage multiple projects from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgetary constraints. Innovation and Tren ds: Stay up to date with latest trends and innovations in motion design and video production, implementing new techniques to enhance our visual storytelling . Feedback Integrati on: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance video projects continuously.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, or a related field. Demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, animation, and video editing skills. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and narrative storytelling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment. Capacity to excel under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Cinema 4D or similar 3D animation software.
