Job Description SummaryThe Senior Marketing Specialist will be supporting the Austin and San Antonio markets with strategic marketing and business development efforts.Job Description
Responsibilities:Leading the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in Austin and San Antonio.Responsibilities may include managing proactive marketing initiatives, pitch and proposal strategy and creative strategy as well as creating, designing and developing materials as needed.Partner and manage the content to design process with local senior graphic designer for any original design needs.Lead and coordinate strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnership with Leadership, fee-earners and others based on scope of services, client and level of expertise required for pursuit.Lead and partner with Research to develop relevant proactive marketing pieces.Use local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing strategy.Manage property marketing strategy and process for high-profile assignments.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience preferredProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a mustAbility to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervisionStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to interface and communicate with internal clientsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
