This pivotal role within our Marketing and Communications Organization reports to the Center of Excellence lead, driving innovation in our shared services framework.Strong candidates should possess a growth mindset that fosters a culture of continuous learning and development within the Digital team. The person in this role should be prepared to thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to define and measure success of marcom campaigns.Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather and analyze data.Leverage advanced and predictive analytic techniques to forecast trends and optimize marketing strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with Data and Analytics team to ensure alignment and integration of insights.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experienceB2B and enterprise marketing experienceProven experience in marketing measurement and analyticsProficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe AnalyticsExceptional communication skills and a collaborative spiritDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyExperience working in small and large organizationsCapable of making critical decisions under pressure and prioritizing projects based on strategic business objectivesExcellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and team members.Experience with SQL and data manipulation preferredExperience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI preferredKnowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferredFamiliarity with digital marketing channels and strategies preferredBenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
