The Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing initiatives as well as developing and executing the marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase guest engagement for the brands they oversee.

Will require flexibility in working hours which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. Ability to travel at least 25% of the time by plane or automobile to restaurants located in the Florida Panhandle, Florida East Coast, Alabama, Mississippi, and other locations that may fall under their responsibility in the future.

Essential Functions

Manage third party delivery platforms such as Online Ordering (OLO), Doordash & UberEatsManage each brand's website to ensure it is up-to-date with accurate informationDevelop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive guest engagement and loyaltyAnalyze email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for effectivenessManage each brand's social media:Craft and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.Monitor social media channels, respond to guest inquiries, and manage online reputation.Develop, execute and manage local store marketing initiatives:Work closely with restaurant managers to develop and implement community-specific marketing initiatives.Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses to enhance brand visibility.Monitor and respond to online reviews across various platforms to maintain a positive online reputationImplement strategies to encourage positive guest reviewsCollaborate with culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market trendsManage the design, printing and distribution of physical menusDevelop visually appealing in-store collateral to enhance the overall guest experienceDesign & coordinate the production of promotional materialsImplement digital marketing campaignsStay abreast of digital marketing trends and incorporate strategies into campaignsDevelop and manage marketing budget(s), ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximum ROIProvide regular reports on budget performance and make data-driven recommendationsThis description reflects the position's essential functions; it does not encompass all of the tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fieldAt least five (5) years of marketing management experience, preferably in the restaurant industryKnowledge and experience with B2B partnershipsKnowledge and experience in data-driven marketingFamiliarity with the Northwest Florida and Alabama markets, preferred (not required)Skills

Strong brand acumenStrong creative, analytical and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeProficient in using social media platforms such as Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.Proficient in using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop & IllustratorPhysical Demands
