In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to engage and attract the best talent across Koch. Your expertise will drive our recruitment marketing initiatives and help us build a strong talent pipeline for our diverse and innovative businesses.

Our Team

As part of Koch Recruiting, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Our team is distributed across various Koch subsidiaries, but we work in a collaborative environment where being agile and curious about working across businesses and functional areas is encouraged.

What You Will DoDevelop strategic roadmap leveraging current and future technologies to ensure digital platforms can effectively execute recruitment marketing efforts to attract and engage talent.Design and execute marketing campaigns, such as email and text, within the Avature customer relationship management system (CRM) to generate an engaged talent pipeline.Analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns performance to generate actionable insights.Partner with HR technology teams and key internal partners to ensure the digital ecosystem, specifically the Koch Careers website and Avature CRM, supports the needs of recruitment marketing efforts to effectively attract talent end engage leads.Enhance recruiter outreach by providing market insights and engagement recommendations across sourcing platforms, such as Avature CRM, LinkedIn, etc.Oversee relationships with external recruitment platforms, such as Glassdoor, Indeed and LinkedIn, to ensure recruitment marketing efforts increase investment value. Establish and cultivate partnerships with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, recruiting, site leaders, Koch communications, and business communications teams) and external stakeholders (e.g., creative agencies, job boards), prioritizing initiatives to maximize value.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing and leveraging them to drive growth and engagement.Experience in social media and job board content planning, calendar development and company review management. (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn)Experience with one-to-many marketing campaignsTexting, email and drip campaign marketing experienceWhat Will Put You Ahead

Experience working within a Recruitment Marketing organizationExperience working with the Avature technology systems.
